What about adding these top highlights from the article?
Martin Fowler highlights this principle in the post Frequency Reduces Difficulty:
- Smaller chunks; Decomposing bigger chunks reduces risk.
- Feedback; Helps us to learn and to correct actions.
- Practice; When you do something frequently, it improves fluency.

@rallytime I love those - would you mind making a PR with them? I think it's important to capture diverse contributions to this repo, reflecting what's important for all team members. It's more about optics than anything else, but I dream of having a long list of contributors for this repo 🧑🤝🧑 🧑🤝🧑 🧑🤝🧑 Right now we have 3 contributors though I know (hope) these principles reflect the needs & wants of more team members.
