Add a Karpenter Test to the integration tests executing on Dev, Test and Ops venues

Purpose

• This PR adds an integration test that executes the "karpenter_test" DAG on all venues. A successful execution will guarantee that the basic functionality of executing a DAG on that venue using the Keda and Karpenter plugins is working.

Proposed Changes

• [ADD] Karpenter Test to the SPS integration tests

Issues

• [New Feature]: Add generic DAG integration test to all venues

Testing

• Executed new integration tests on all venues, both the old DAG and the new Karpenter Test succeeded (on those venues where they are defined).
