new project direct git support

would save time if can create new project from github url (clone and then create/open project),
or create new project, toggle create github repo, then it creates that repo for you.

• how to create repo from commandline command (public repo and private repo)
• check how to fetch git repo from given url (if you already have repo that you want to use as base or as empty base)
• add settings toggles for git/github features
• add PAT token support (if need to create or fetch private repos)
