feat: plugin for changelog generation #5
Description
Currently the CHANGELOG.md file is updated in a static way. However, it would be useful if there was a way to be able to customise the insertion of updates via plugins. However, there may be a limitation on the amount of data that can be sent to/from a plugin which could be a limiting factor here.
