I think, GOTO within / to a Pointer is a bad Design Idea ?!?

Why? Programmer's choice - and it's an established technique, not something I invented. GCC has had the same thing for decades ("labels as values" / computed goto: goto *ptr).

The typical use is a state machine: you keep a pointer-to-label in a variable and reassign it at runtime - the variable literally holds "where execution continues next":

label s_start, s_work, s_done;
var state: pointer;
begin
  state := @s_start;
  goto state;

  s_work:
  // ...
  if n < 3 then state := @s_work else state := @s_done;
  goto state;
  // ...

It's also scoped safely: the target must be a label in the current routine - you can't jump into another function or to arbitrary addresses. If you don't need it, you'll simply never touch it.
