Feature: forceinline modifier

Currently inline has lot's of limitations and it's sometimes unclear why function call is not inlined.

1. Please add meaningful messages explaining WHY a particular call is not inlined.
2. I hope it's possible to allow inline ASM functions when there are no local vars references and labels inside.

I'll keep inline as is - it's only a hint, and it silently falls back to a normal call when it can't inline. What I want to add is forceinline: it requires inlining, and if the compiler can't, you get a compile error instead of a silent miss.

That also covers point 1 (the error tells you why). ASM inlining - I'll look into it.
