Releases: Unpreditable/LitteraNexa

1.2.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 12 Oct 03:37

New Features

  • Match from the first word — what you type must now begin with the first word of a note's name or alias; a new setting turns this off.
  • Works alongside other plugins' menus — suggestions now appear on lines where plugins such as Tasks keep a menu open, and leave a menu you opened on purpose alone.
  • Replace line-wide menus — a new setting to never replace another plugin's menu.

Fixes

  • Fixed other plugins' suggestions being blocked when no note matched the typed text.

Breaking Changes

  • Typing a later word of a name, such as a surname, no longer finds the note by default. Turn off Match from the first word to restore it.

CI / Tooling

  • Added end-to-end tests that drive a real Obsidian, and npm run test:all to run them after the build and unit tests.

1.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 07 Oct 04:11

New Features

  • Word-by-word matching — every typed word must fit a different word of the note's name, in order; letters no longer match across a space, so js mi does not find "Jane Smith".
  • Matching rule setting — chooses how a typed word must fit a word: start of word, first letter then letters in order (default), part of word, letters in order, or start of word allowing typos.
  • Typo tolerance — the "Start of word, allowing typos" rule accepts a wrong, missing, extra or swapped letter, so jnae smtih finds "Jane Smith".
  • Accents ignored — jose finds "José".

Breaking Changes

  • Matching is stricter than in 1.0.0 by default. Set "Matching rule" to "Letters in order" for the closest to the old behaviour.

1.0.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 06 Oct 02:43

New Features

  • Link as you type — suggests notes by name as you write and turns your pick into a wikilink, with no [[ needed
  • Settings page — choose which notes are suggested (entire vault or selected folders), when the list opens, where it may appear, and how many extra aliases it offers
