Add (terrible) docs around getting client IP Docs written by Claude, sorry, no time to clean up
Lead with the single-pair template setup A challenge.go.html / failed.go.html pair at the top of the template path now covers every request, which is what most sites want; the per-host and per-path directories become the "if you need it" section rather than the starting point. Document the <challenge-form> placeholder Custom challenge templates no longer need TPS's exact form markup -- an empty <challenge-form> element is enough.
