isExported is always TRUE if you run pkgnet after devtools::load_all()

An example from running pkgnet::CreatePackageReport on hughjonesd/mypaintr:

zigzag() is exported, the other functions are not.

This happens if you run load_all() on a package. But that's not the best way to figure out what functions are exported - the normal way would be to look at the NAMESPACE file.

Thanks for the report. I'm able to reproduce this bug.

It looks like it's because we determine exported functions with ls on the loaded package's environment. devtools::load_all forcibly loads everything into the environment whether or not it's actually exported.

Instead, there is a function getNamespaceExports that is specifically for listing exports that is what we want instead.
