gitops summary breaks when there a dummy app directory under uptick-cluster/apps

While running gitops summary it breaks with the error message There's no app with the name '<dummy-directory>', silly.

This is fixed by removing the dummy directory from the local clone of the uptick-cluster repo

Probably need to modify this to detect empty directories and not process them as an app
