Have submmited a seperate PR for the docs to bring them inline with @cdnsyseng suggsted wording

@cdnsyseng I think it's a bit bikeshedding but let check.
The term scan result is used in the docs already. For example:

visibility: The visibility of the scan result.
--- https://docs.urlscan.io/guides/quickstart#submit-the-url

And so I think it's legit to use this term.

Thanks for answering. I got it and I will take your suggestion since the API docs is changed already.
(I just want to know if there is any reason behind the suggestion)
