The sensor-5 IBI series is quantized/forward-filled, so the sliding-window RMSSD/SDNN are artifactually low (median ~3 ms). Removed the misleading <50 ms anxiety-threshold overlay and added an explicit caveat in the notebook + data dictionary that ibi.csv is not true beat-to-beat R-R data and is unsuitable for time-domain HRV.
