docs: update legacy lgp-cli references to lgp#13

The CLI package was renamed from lgp-cli to lgp but several docs still referenced the old name. Update package name references in README, AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, llms.txt, SKILL.md, and the crate README.
