The best solution so far is Cloudflare Tunnel. To use it, you need a domain name, but you can find very cheap domain names in Cloudflare (do check the renewal price). You only need a free Plan for Cloudflare.

Follow the instructions in Create a tunnel (dashboard) to create a tunnel. Publish your application at localhost:9600 as a "Published Application".

Do not use trycloudflare --- it is very slow.
