Import Collection - debug logs

I attempted to import Collection in Insomnia v4 format, but it gave me failed to import error and 0 logs whatsoever to debug what went wrong.
Is there any more verbose way to import to trace the issue?

Same issue on my end. The DevTools console shows:

BrunoError: Collection not found inside Insomnia export

After looking at the source code and the content of the Insomnia export, it seems it's either a bug in Bruno, or Insomnia slightly changed their export format and Bruno has not caught up yet (but since I had upgraded to Insomnia 8 just two days ago, I guess it's the latter).

I could not find an object in the JSON output with _type == 'workspace' && scope == 'collection', but there was one with _type == 'workspace' && scope == 'design'. I simply replaced design by collection in the JSON file, and I could import it in Bruno! 😊

I just pushed a fix so that it only checks for workspace. This should be fine as we anyway filter request and request_group in the next line.

Maybe insomnia changed the export format. There might be many users who try to import the collection in Bruno and run into this issue and give up.

Getting "BrunoError: Unknown postman schema" from postman import. Any ideas what might be happening? I downloaded the collection json from postmans api, same api we use when calling newman with a collection url.

With latest Postman version importing the Backup.postman_dump.json fails with "BrunoError: Unknown postman schema". It also fails when trying to import a single collection with the same error.
The schema is evidently not 2.0.0 or 2.1.0.
Are there any plans to allow more schemas or a suggested workaround?

Just ran into this as well. The Backup.postman_dump.json appears to be a different thing altogether. The file itself states it's version 1, but not much beyond that;
