Description

This PR introduces minor fixes and enhancements to the <Table> component, including:

• Style Adjustments: Resolved style priority issues caused by the updateDivHeights function setting offsetHeight.
• Event Listeners: Added persistent event listeners to ensure consistent activation and behavior.
• Non-Resizable Columns: Implemented logic to mark columns as non-resizable to improve usability in optional scenarios.
• Added Reasonable minColumnWidth

These changes will enhance the table's overall stability and user experience.
