feat(UI): Add collapsible Response Pane

Description

Added a collapsible Response Pane feature to improve workspace utilization and user experience.

Changes Made:

• Added a toggle button with chevron icons to collapse/expand the Response Pane
• Improved UI clarity by providing more workspace when Response Panel is hidden

• Lets remove the animations
• Lets see if we can move the initial toggle to the middle dragbar

Since we now have the option to switch to horizontal layout, I don't think we need to add this anymore.
