Disappearing text in editor when in MacOS Dark Mode

So, I was super frustrated with this for days since I could not figure out why it was happening, but I accidentally stumbled upon the answer to the bug. In the Plunk App UI some of the text was not showing up, even though it is there...and by accident I switched my computer to light mode in the system preferences then all of the text showed up finally...
