Form inputs overflow in small screen

Pages with form (e.g. Update Template, Update Action, Update Campaign) has inputs which overflow in small screen. Here's example from Update Template (actual vs expected):

Admittedly, I'll still do full edit of a template or campaign in desktop screen, but being able to check or do very light edit in small screen will be nice too.
