Incorrect version number in setup.py

The version number in setup.py is 0.0.1a1 while it should be 0.0.30:

The version number is read in from the tag at publish time - is this blocking something?

@smurawski, this issue breaks pip check in environments where pycomposefile is installed.

Currently, it breaks the Azure CLI Python package:

azure-cli 2.73.0 has requirement pycomposefile>=0.0.32, but you have pycomposefile 0.0.1a1.
