docs: Settings now under General; sidebar sub-tabs, InfoTip and two-across layout notes Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Google Tag: what a sale is worth to Google Ads Documents the new setting: report a sale at the full order total, the total without VAT, or the total without VAT or delivery. Explains why a shop quoting prices ex VAT wants one of the latter two, what it does to a target the owner has set Google to bid towards, and that changing it is a fresh start rather than a correction. autoPlaceBlocks, and why the Google tag needs the site's security policy Authoring a module documents autoPlaceBlocks: what it is for (marker blocks that draw nothing), and the two rules that make it safe - first install only, and never twice in one layout. The Google Tag page no longer tells owners to place the block by hand, and gains a note that the module widens the site's script policy on install, which is why the tag cannot be detected until the deployment has finished. Google Tag module, the conversion seam, and cookie categories that explain themselves New Google-Tag page: setup, the two IDs Google Ads needs, what counts as an order, and the consent behaviour worth reading twice - a category the banner does not carry is not one a visitor can grant, so that half runs ungated and the settings page says so. Architecture overview gains a Conversion seam section (announce, listen, and why dedup lives in core rather than in each listener). Authoring a module and the Configuration reference document the long form of cookieCategories. Shop's order-confirmation section notes that a completed order is now reported, and which payment states count. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
