[Bug]: GPT-5 - Unsupported parameter: stop words

Hello,

I tried strix recently I was able to set it up, I tried both scan on a local vulnerable VM, and a github repository.

In both cases it shows Starting Scan but never progresses. You see cycling on the botton "Hacking, Exploiting, Investigating" but I dont think this is really sign of progress.

I can see on the background caido been executed sometimes but this is all.

I think this might be an issue with LLM requests being invalid. What model are you using?

I tried to use openai gpt5-mini.

Can you enable logging somehow?

Can you share a config of a working model for openai so I can test it?

GPT-5 currently doesn't support some of the parameters we use like stop words. Will fix that next release.

We currently recommend only Claude sonnet or Opus as they are the best performing models so far.

Fixed by #5 and in the 0.1.9 release. You can do pipx upgrade strix-agent
