- A aba "Agendamentos" só retornará registros caso pesquise por data ou codpes;
- A aba "Comunicação" terá filtro por ano com base nos anos das defesas;
- Migration de alteração para deixar os campos "Regimento e orientador votante" como nullables (não foi encontrado utilidade para eles no sistema).
