Embed Gallery into UTM for easy use

I have made an app to store and share 1st-party and 3rd-party VMs for UTM https://github.com/smattar2020/utm-templates I think that if this app could be embedded into UTM it would be easier to use the gallery and have a larger VM selection.

Pretty sure we can't provide VMs of commercial OS with UTM. There was already a DMCA when we tried to host a mirror of the Windows VHDX from Microsoft.

I generated these from uupdump.net. they're ISO's not VDHX's

That doesn't make it better, unfortunately. It would be optimal if we could download the ISO on demand, instead of including it (both for file size and legal reason). Download feature would have to respect any limitations set by the OS maker, e. g. login prompt, TOS prompt... (Windows Insider Program, for example).
