Video RAM cannt be seen in VM settings + virtio-gpu shouldn't have a video RAM input #7022

Describe the issue
As seen in the screenshot above, the rightmost edge of the video RAM textbox is cutoff. Since the contents of it are aligned to the right side, this means the actual value cannot be seen. I suspect this might be because my laptop is in French as the labels are very long. I have not seen this issue on any tab other than "Video".
I also note that virtio-gpu will cause an error if you specify RAM.
