Dashboard: dashboard shows a loading spinner indefinitely

Describe the bug

In Dashboards -> Dashboard List, the Incidents and dashboards dashboard view never finishes loading. The UI remains stuck showing a loading spinner indefinitely, and the API request associated with this dashboard returns an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

Expected Behavior

The dashboard page should load successfully after navigation, displaying the corresponding dashboard data without errors or infinite loading.

Current Behavior

The UI displays a loading spinner indefinitely.
The dashboard content never renders.
The API request for the selected dashboard returns HTTP 500.
No user-facing error message is shown; the UI remains in a loading state.
The request to the dashboard API endpoint fails with status 500 (Internal Server Error).

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to UTMStack.
2. Navigate to Dashboard.
3. Go to Dashboard List.
4. Select Incidents and dashboards.
5. Observe that the page remains in an infinite loading state.
