feat_systemd_logind is not documented and not used. I think distributor does not use this if this is not usable via make.

I really don't know about it (and relation between --enable-systemd for GNU version). But I think adding simple desc to README e.g. to enable integration with systemd ... is enough to close this at a moment.

(For example, blake3 is uu only currently.) I think documanting this is a good 1st issue you fix.
