@sylvestre Separate Builds (individual and coreutils) (windows-latest, feat_os_windows) failed twice, issue opened: #11002

Separate Builds tests are duplication of non-separate tests essentially. We can just remove it. Not useful to block regressions.

The issue is related with process management.
