Cohort building with patient ID specified

To permit individual-level linkage to other datasets, for example, the query of identifiable data from one source, and linkage to another data source, either across the network or via export to other environments, cohort building via patientID is required. A separate module should be developed to plug into leaf, which will allow Safe Haven to upload a list of patientID (CHI) and the software only conduct cohort building within this specific subgroup.
