I have exactly the same problem on my X3. Even downgrading to v1.3.4 didn't help |

Wifi uses a lot of memory and can cause this. We try to mitigate this by doing a silent restart to reclaim RAM, but nothing so far has been able to completely get rid of this. |

I have this same problem as well and just got my device today. I wouldn't have downloaded the fonts (and it was a pain to do that since I didn't need some of them) if I had known it would leave this seemingly permanent ghost line. I reflashed it again but to no avail. |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
Sorry super new to all of this and I can't seem to find/figure how to fix this issue.
I have some faint ghosting left over from downloading a few fonts over wifi. It isn't super noticeable but it is still visible this is more visible when the screen does a refresh.
I've tried rebooting, manual refreshes, sleep screen cycling, dark mode, page turning on both dark and normal mode, reflashing firmware, flashing different firmware, and loading a white bmp file to manually refresh.
Just wondering is there any other trouble shooting I should do to fix this issue/if anyone has had this issue and been able to fix it or is this just burned into the screen at this point?
Thank you ahead of time.
