Add Turkish Hyphenation Support

I added Turkish hyphenation support in my fork of CrossInk:

It works well for Turkish books, and I’d like to see this support added to the main CrossInk project so it can be maintained and remain available in future releases.

Would you consider adding Turkish hyphenation support upstream?

You may want to open a PR to Crosspoint for this since this seems beneficial to all forks, and I'd rather have something like this be maintained upstream than here.
