Bolo v0.1.0

First public build of Bolo — a free two-way voice app for macOS (dictate anywhere, or select text and hear it read aloud). Install: download Bolo.dmg, drag to Applications, then right-click Bolo → Open → Open (not Apple-notarized yet, so this one-time step clears Gatekeeper). ~1-min in-app setup with a free Groq key. Apple Silicon, macOS 13+. Built on FreeFlow (MIT).
