OpusVoicePlayer + OggOpusDemuxer route isPTT Ogg-Opus voice notes through
libopus + AVAudioEngine, bypassing AVPlayer / FigPlayer / FigAirPlay_Route /
HeadTrackerSession / spatial mixer.

Measured: int wake rate during playback dropped from 1500-2400/s to 10-50/s.
Kernel wake budget violation eliminated under voice-note workloads.

Routing uses OggS magic-byte sniff at file offset 0, not extension/isPTT —
WhatsApp media-cache paths don't always carry the .ogg suffix.
