An ISP [Wishnet] Web-Based Autologin Helper

OneClick Login and connect to Internet
OneClick Logout and disconnect from Internet
Now, Username and Password stored in SharedPreferences are totally secured from ROOT user and encrypted!
This time only WishNet is supported, focus on the future versions for other ISP support.
Only 1.5 Mb (Will be reduced more later)
