Reports feature, login rate limiting added. Small bugfixes, UX improvements.
Updates made:
- Add login rate limiting and configurable host binding
- Add monitoring run reports with CSV and PDF export
- Fix detection class-index mapping on model import
- Add pull request template
- Build the executable only on version tags
