Patch over v0.4.0: correct NeuralDeep hub defaults to match the real API docs.

  • API base URL defaults to https://api.neuraldeep.ru (v0.4.0 used a wrong guessed host).
  • Default/selectable chat models: gpt-oss-120b, qwen3.6-35b-a3b, gemma-4-31b.
  • Get API key opens the dashboard (hub.neuraldeep.ru/app).

Hub features (tagging, transcription via whisper-1, ⌘⇧Space agent palette) from v0.4.0 included. Signed Developer ID, not notarized — first launch: right-click → Open. Apple Silicon.
