when moving boxes parent views didn't update correctly.

if the box came from a child of a child to the root view it didn't register the move until you resized the boxes or created a new box.
If the child view of a child was empty it did not get deleted

fix border bar now ignores clicks unless dragged item over it

fix boxes no longer switch positions incorrectly
