Semi-automate dependabot PRs

@valeryan I would like to implement some kind of workflow so when dependabot adds PRs, they will be merged into a new "Security Update" branch with a new PR. So overtime this PR will be a bulk security update for a human to review and merge. Just like I did manually with PR #204.

The description of the PR will also be kept up to date automatically with the dependabot PRs details.

Am I ok to implement this semi-automation to better handle security updates?

Hey, I am good with what you want to do to improve this. I am an not using the extension actively so I want you to feel empowered to do what you need to keep it useful for you. I don't really get to use PHP anymore these days.
