@kquinn1204, could you please review this PR? I have reorganized the workflow content by dividing it into separate 'Learn' and 'Contribute' sections. Additionally, I placed the revised content under the new section titled "Contributing and Managing Patterns" and updated the content accordingly. |

great work @hbisht-RH-ccs some comments to improve the flow mainly separate out the commands with lead in line with some simple context on the what are we doing here
