New FAQ pages

  1. Some of the questions are now single-sourced, allowing them to live on multiple pages or have info that's sourced from elsewhere in the docs
  2. The logic for the footnotes or "Learn more" sections at the bottom of the page were "Granular guide for a specific task" (footnote) or "Overview of a topic that is covered more broadly on the page" (Learn more).
