CRECT should accept negative values #1
Description
CRECT should have members of size 4 bytes, but its values should allow for negative numbers, as coordinates of monitors to the left or on top of the primary one could be negative. It is not an issue with the functionality at the moment, because the overview is always displayed on the primary monitor (which, by definition, has its top left corner at (0,0)), but it could be, in the future, if we decide to show it on the active monitor monitor, for example, instead of the primary one, etc..
