Add a Performance section to the homepage #421

I have been working on implementing valkey performance framework for running continuous performance benchmarks for Valkey unstable branch and would like to be added to the website.
Describe the solution you'd like
We can add a section on the homepage with different performance comparisons and and Iframes of the interactive dashboards for showcasing valkey performance improvements
Additional context
This is a grafana public dashboard hosted on AWS EKS.
