Fixes CI sdist bloat: .pip-cache/ (set by PIP_CACHE_DIR in CI) was being
included in the source distribution, inflating it from 346 KB to 276 MB.
PyPI rejected the oversized upload with 400 Bad Request.

No code changes from v0.2.1 — only the sdist exclude list and version bump.
