• Split CI: PR smoke (Chromium Desktop) vs full cross-browser matrix on push to main
• Update README, llms.txt, QA strategy, and OpenSpec (archived change + canonical theme-switcher spec)

• pnpm test (theme-switcher spec on Chromium Desktop)
