Q&A expand parameters missing on /api/v2/discussions documentation

The expand parameters and response values added in https://github.com/vanilla/addons/pull/696/files are not present in the swagger doc.

This will likely require support in the OpenApiBuilder for merging enum values. Unit tests should be added as well for that functionality.
