API v1 documentation should have a link pointing to APIv2 #142
Description
Since API v1 url is https://docs.vanillaforums.com/api/ we should put a notice on the top of the page that says that the documentation is actually about API v1 and have a link that point to API v2.
This will help to prevent some confusion.
