The generated CSV does not support Chinese

When I use a Chinese database, the generated Chinese characters are garbled

Describe the solution you'd like
The Chinese characters generated from CSV files are garbled, I guess it's due to formatting issues,
When I tried to convert garbled code to UTF8 format, it displayed correctly,
I think the garbled characters are caused by the GB2312 format being displayed on UTF8

hey, which db are you using? and how are you generating the csv, which method? i get non garbled Chinese text using sqlite for db

I modified the source code to use csv.encode("utf-8-sig"), and downloading the CSV no longer caused Chinese character encoding issues.
