THE phpmyadmin.sql is the exported database file. Import it into your phpmyadmin.

1. login.php has some problem. See the error messages on the wepage when you load it.
2. in jobs.php line no. 156(same problem in 266) the pics(from the database) are not displayed somehow. Try to solve that.
3. in companies.php line no.80 same problem. Add the code to diplay the pics from the database. 4.Navigate through the site and try to find more bugs.Also add the functionalities you think are good. 5.try to run the site on multiple systems simultaneously and check if they are interfering with each other .
