docs: correct password hash algorithm + ROADMAP link Bindery switched from bcrypt to argon2id (OWASP 2024 params) in v0.12.0; the wiki still said bcrypt. The Quality-profiles page linked to ROADMAP.md at the repo root, but the file actually lives in docs/.
