v.1.0.0.6 - API handling rework

Reworked the application startup flow for loading the VoiceMeeter API.

The application now scans the default VoiceMeeter installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\VB\Voicemeeter) and automatically locates the required DLLs. This makes it independent of a specific VoiceMeeter version and compatible with versions 3.1.1.9, 3.1.2.2, and future releases.

The application may also work with older VoiceMeeter versions; however, these have not been tested, and some functionality may be incompatible due to legacy API differences.

If the required DLLs are not found, the application will prompt you to manually specify the VoiceMeeter installation folder.

You can change the VoiceMeeter folder at any time via the tray icon context menu.
